Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AppDuniya's services, platforms, and digital products. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the AppDuniya website, services, or any associated platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
  • These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.
  • AppDuniya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Services & Deliverables

  • AppDuniya provides software development, UI/UX design, AI automation, DevOps, mobile app development, and digital consulting services.
  • All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are documented in a formal Statement of Work (SoW) or proposal signed by both parties.
  • We operate under an Agile delivery model with regular sprint reviews, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Any requested changes outside the agreed scope will be treated as a Change Request (CR) with associated cost and timeline implications.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment of all invoices, AppDuniya transfers complete Intellectual Property (IP) rights of all custom-developed code and assets to the client.
  • AppDuniya retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a specific confidentiality clause is agreed upon.
  • All third-party libraries, APIs, and open-source components used in your project remain subject to their respective licenses.
  • Any pre-existing AppDuniya proprietary tools or frameworks used in projects remain the property of AppDuniya.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide timely feedback, approvals, and required access credentials to avoid project delays.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, or materials supplied to AppDuniya do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Clients must maintain the confidentiality of access credentials provided for staging and production environments.
  • Clients are responsible for keeping all software, plugins, and frameworks updated after the project handover.

Limitation of Liability

  • AppDuniya's total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project or service in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
  • AppDuniya is not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting providers, APIs, cloud platforms) beyond our direct control.
  • We make no warranties that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted, but commit to resolving reported issues promptly.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Projects typically follow a milestone-based payment structure: 50% upfront, with remaining payments tied to agreed deliverable milestones.
  • All invoices are due within 7 business days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in the project contract.
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for work not yet commenced. Once development begins, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
  • AppDuniya reserves the right to pause or terminate project work if invoices remain unpaid beyond 14 days after the due date.
